Some guys are unfaithful to their partners for different reasons, but the signs of cheating are universal. Is your relationship getting colder? Does he suddenly wants space and privacy? It might be an indication that he has another women.

A Nigerian businessman based in Southern Asia, Kingsley Nshiodo has been sentenced to two years imprisonment for beating up his girlfriend and threatening to stab her after she refused to have sex with him last year.
Confirming his arrest, the District penal police officer Ly Rithy, disclosed that Nshiodo was arrested by police in the early hours of December 28 2015, in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district after his girlfriend, 19-year-old waitress Chan Sreyneang contacted police complaining that her boyfriend had beaten and threatened to stab her after she had gone to visit him at the apartment they shared in Toul Kork village after a recent falling out.
According to the Judge Yen Saroreun, 34-year old Nshiodo have half of his sentence reduced but will be fined about $1, 000 to the state budget after being charged with an act of violence with aggravating circumstances under article 218, of the penal code.
He said: “The court convicted him to two years, but the term of his punishment is reduced to a year. The rest of his sentence was suspended. The court fines him 4 million riel [about $1, 000] to put toward the state budget.”

A ‘struggling’ married man identified as Mr Martin Nwosu reportedly ran way as his wife was at the verge of delivering a set of twins in Abuja.
The whole scenario started when the man reportedly told the wife to abort the pregnancy, saying that he did not want to have more babies, but the woman, Gloria Johnson, refused to abort the pregnancy.
While speaking to Tribune, Mrs Johnson said that months into her pregnancy, Nwosu packed out of the house owing to his inability to live up to his financial responsibility, including failure to pay his rent.
According to her,
“when I became pregnant, I told him, he was happy but a month after that, he changed. He used to give me N1,000, but he cut it down to N500, and I have a son for him already. Anytime I complained to him that the money was small, he would tell me that there was no work.
“In the long run, he stopped coming back to the house after work, and whenever I asked him why he didn’t come back to the house, he would tell me that he had no transport money.”
Johnson, who hails from Abak area of Akwa Ibom State, further said that when she was in labour, friends and neighbours of her husband tried getting across to him by phone to come and take her to the hospital, but he refused, until one of the neighbours took her to Asokoro General Hospital, Abuja.

She said that Asokoro General Hospital refused to take her in because she didn’t register with them, and that she was taken to another private hospital where she was also rejected.

British-Nigerian Hollywood actor David Oyelowo is ready to give back to his fatherland, Nigeria through a foundation he is funding alongside other celebrities to bring succor to marginalized females in Nigeria.
Oyelowo is giving back through a new foundation, the GEANCO Foundation, which is creating special scholarships for female victims of acts of terror and victims of gender inequality.
Speaking with Broadway World Nigeria’s Afam Onyema, the GEANCO Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, said: “Through these scholarships, we will bring fresh hope to Nigeria’s most precious and vulnerable souls. This is a powerful, heartwarming response to an urgent, challenging crisis.”
According to a statement shared by Yahoo, the foundation focuses mostly on the girls who escaped or were rescued from terrorist groups and have been put through psychological torture, which include isolation by their families and communities, disrupted education, and more.

Three scholarships will be awarded for the 2016-2017 school year. The number offered in subsequent years will depend on capacity and available funding. This year’s recipients will attend the Anglican Girls Grammar School (AGGS), a secondary school for students aged 10-15, in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city. AGGS is an academic center of excellence known for its emphasis on science and math. Future scholarship recipients will be placed at other high-achieving schools in Nigeria.
David and Jessica Oyelowo, Oprah Winfrey, Janus Funds, Participant Media and NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon provided the seed funding for this scholarship. GEANCO’s leadership actively seeks additional major gifts to increase the scholarship’s reach and impact.

On the challenges s*x workers face, the Ashawo group said: “The challenge that we face as 50 participants from different L.G.As are almost similar. Many of us face violence and discrimination on a regular basis. Regardless of which State or tribe we are from, many of us have experienced being r*ped, verbally, emotionally and physically abused by police, clients and community members.
“There is an unfair discrimination from service providers. S*x workers are not protected or defended by the law when they are exploited and abused. We demand that these violations stop immediately and decisive action is taken against perpetrators.”
The statement further revealed how s*x workers suffer abuse from the Nigerian Police Officers.
“Thirty percent of s*x workers interviewed said that they had been threatened with violence by police officers, while 27% actually experienced violence at the hands of police. Reported incidents included officers physically grabbing and kicking, as well as beating them; one incident of r*pe; one woman was stalked by a police officer; and throwing food at one subject.
S*xual harassment included handling of body parts; giving women cigarettes in exchange for s*x; and police offering not to arrest s*x workers in exchange for s*xual services.
"Several times Police have raided our hotels; beating, stealing and having s*x with us without protection."
To curtail the abuses s*x workers suffer from Policemen, the Executive Director of Safe Haven Development Initiative, Ms Margaret Onah has criticised the method of which Policemen uses to extort money from s*x workers and abuse.
According to Onah, the Nigerian Policemen are not mindful of the fundamental human rights that should be accorded to s*x workers.
“It is dehumanising when Policemen abuses s*x workers the way they do. We are using this channel to voice out our pains in the course of survival. The government needs to do something about it. It is better if s*x workers are charged to court than naming them, harassing them, stealing their money, stealing their properties, and having s*x with them unprotected.”
On what could be done to end the abuse by Policemen, Ms Margaret said: “the Police needs to re-strategise. The fact that s*x work is illegal doesn’t mean that they should kill anyone find doing the job. S*x workers are citizen of this country first of all, and they need to be respected like every other citizen.”
One of the Ashawo girls, Esther Eghosa said: “Time without numbers, the Policemen break our doors to start packing us like goats to the station. If you don’t have money to bail yourself, they will say they want to sleep with you unprotected which is very bad.

In an interview, one of the family members said: "its all about tradition, we want him to haunt his killers by using these items, he shouldn’t allow them to go scot free, he should deal with them in equal measure, we want him to use the cutlass to butcher the police involved in the act and any management member of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) who also has a hand in his death."
